In a traditional stone house kitchen overlooking the vineyards of Göreme, this hands-on class unlocks the secrets behind Cappadocian cuisine — dishes shaped by the same geography, climate, and agricultural heritage that produced the landscape outside the window. You'll prepare testi kebabı (the famous clay pot meat dish sealed and broken at the table), hand-rolled gözleme flatbreads, and classic Anatolian mezes from scratch, learning techniques passed between generations of home cooks.
