Cancellation and refund terms for your reservation
1. Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our availability. The following terms apply to all reservations:
- Free cancellation: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund
- Partial refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount
- Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not notify us in advance, the full reservation amount will be charged. The room will be held until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day following your scheduled check-in date, after which it may be released.
3. Modifications
Reservation modifications (date changes, room upgrades, or extensions) are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours before your check-in date to request changes. Modified reservations retain the original cancellation policy terms.
4. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, Born Hotel will offer full refunds or alternative dates at no additional charge.
