An authentic evening celebrating the depth of Anatolian culture, set within the atmospheric arched chambers of a restored caravanserai. The evening unfolds with live folk music, regional dances from across Turkey, and the mesmerizing Sema ceremony — the spinning meditation of the Mevlevi Order, performed in flowing white robes following the tradition established by 13th-century mystic Rumi in nearby Konya. A traditional dinner of Anatolian mezes and slow-cooked clay pot dishes is served by candlelight beneath centuries-old stone vaults.
